They make great birthday, anniversary and Christmas gifts. They are also great for seeing as much of the Sunshine Coast as you can, if you have limited time. During your flight you will see Caloundra, the Glasshouse Mountains, Bribie and Moreton Islands (and possibly some whales between June-October).
All flights are for one customer only (one instructor and one customer in the plane). Each flight also comes with a 2-4-1 entry voucher (valued at $25) for the Qld Air Museum, across the road from us. It is well worth a visit, as the knowledgeable volunteers have usually flown in, or maintained, the various planes on display. They also have a 737 Simulator on site and sessions can be booked in advance.
This flight is suitable for people who think they would like to enrol as a student and continue to learn to fly for fun or pleasure. The lesson consists of an official video briefing and a 60 minute Effects of Controls flying lesson, which can count towards a future Recreational Pilot Certificate if you decide to continue learning to fly. Suitable for 12 yrs and up. Max weight 110kgs. Once airborne you can opt to take the controls. Once purchased, the flight is transferable but not refundable. The session does NOT include video. Please bring own phone or camera. From June you may see whales migrating north and around October they head south again.

Once you have purchased the voucher online, you can call 07 5341 8125 to make a booking on your preferred day, or go to CONTACT menu item and select ‘Book a trial flight’ from the drop down menu. We are open until 3.30pm on weekdays and 5.30pm on weekends. Trial flights able to be booked for 9.30am, 11.30, 1.30pm or 3.30pm.

We call this the ‘Introductory Package’. Or you can start with the Intro package straight away and receive 3 discounted flights.
My two coastal flights south of Caloundra were breathtakingly beautiful. My instructor, Brendan, a holder of a CPL, allowed me as much or as little control as was safe. The video footage I received post-flight was of high quality and looked extremely impressive. I booked two flights with the flying school and the entire team was proficient, expert and friendly. My pilot was excellent from the briefing to the landing. We flew over Caloundra to Moreton Island and he gave me control for majority of the flight. The view over the island and the experience of flying a small aircraft was amazing. Would recommend this experience to everyone. Joey
